1. GENERAL INFORMATION

and Visa/Dankort debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, JCB and international credit
cards are accepted as valid payment. All prices of purchases made from
lactoclear.dk are in DKK and inclusive of Danish VAT. A small fee will be
charged for payment by card.
To purchase products from lactoclear.dk, you must be 18 years of age or older and be in possession of a valid payment card accepted by us.
VWe will not withdraw the amount from your payment card till we have processed and dispatched your order. Lactoclear.com uses the Danish payment solution Nets to handle secure payment.
In general, products will be dispatched on the day of ordering, provided you order before 11:30 a.m. CET. We do not dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or on national Danish holidays.
We deliver to all Denmark, exclusive of the Faroe Islands and Greenland. Delivery charges are DKK 29 for shipment via GLS and DKK 55 for shipment via PostNord. You will receive a dispatch confirmation by e-mail with Track & Trace information.
As a rule, products ordered from our web shop, will be dispatched within 2-3 workdays. In respect of delivery times, we make reservation in respect of external conditions outside our influence – such as delays at PostNord or GLS.
VPlease note that the responsibility for the purchased products will be transferred to you immediately upon your reception of the products. If the packaging is torn or otherwise damaged, you should refrain from signing for the delivery.
4. RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
When you do business on lactoclear.dk, you are entitled to cancel your purchase within the right of cancellation period, which is 14 days from your reception of the order. Your consignment to the shipping agent, who will return the products to us, within the right of cancellation period shall be considered as being in due time.
Cancellation by simply refusing to take delivery of the products is not valid unless you clearly and immediately notify us thereof.
To us, at LACTOClear, it is important that you are satisfied. If not, you can make use of our 14-day right of return. This may either be because you have regretted your purchase or because there is something wrong with the products.
Return postage for returning the order will be met by you. If you wish to send back the products, please fill in the return receipt before returning the goods to our warehouse:
We advise you to keep the postal receipt as proof of your handing in the package for posting. When sending back the products, please make sure that they are securely packed. The products will be your responsibility until they are received by us.
You will be liable for any impairment of the value of the products arising from other handling than what is necessary for determining the type of the products, their characteristics and the way they work. Please note that you cannot use your right of cancellation if you break the seal of our skin care products or begin to use the product.
We will inspect the products upon reception, and you will receive a refund equal to the amount you paid when making your purchase. The refund will be made through the same payment instrument as the one you used for the original transaction. We are entitled to withhold the refund until we receive the returned products, unless – before that time – you have submitted documentation for your return of the products.
Your purchase falls within the Danish Sale of Goods Act, comprising the deficiency rules. This means that you are entitled to have a faulty product repaired or exchanged or to get a refund or rebate, depending on the concrete circumstances. When you shop on www.lactoclear.dk, you will naturally have 24 months’ right of complaint.
Naturally, such complaints must be justified; and, likewise, the deficiency must not originate in misapplication of the product or other incorrect behaviour.
You are under an obligation to complain within a “reasonable period“ after detecting the product deficiency. We advise you to submit your complaint as soon as possible and no later than within 2 months after having detected the deficiency.
DEFICIENT OR WRONG PRODUCTS
If the products you purchased are deficient or if we delivered the wrong products, please contact our customer service. We advise you to keep your receipt for at least 2 years. If the product is not designed to last for 2 years, you right of complaint may expire before the 2-year complaint period.
Naturally, your complaint must be justified and, likewise, the deficiency should not have arisen as the result of incorrect use of the product. Costs relating to the return of deficient or wrong products will not be your responsibility. Upon our receipt of the product, we shall of course refund both purchase price and the original delivery expenses. In case you wish to receive a similar product, we shall not refund your original delivery expenses.
PLEASE NOTE! We do not accept packages sent COD or the similar. Please remember that the product must always be returned securely packed, and remember to keep the postal receipt as proof of your handing in the package in order that we can refund your freight charges.

Our registration of your personal information is made for the purposes of processing your order.
Your personal information will be registered by Cell Biotech International A/S and will be saved for a period of five years, whereupon the information will be deleted. However, if you have registered by with us log-in, your information will not be deleted unless you request us to do so. We will not divulge or sell you information to any third party.
Being registered with Cell Biotech International A/S, you will always be entitled to object against this registration. Likewise, you are entitled to have access to any data we may have registered about you.
